We passionately believe in Mortgage Wellness and are confident that no matter what the mortgage situation, we can help.

We aim to create a better future by providing access to options for each individual mortgage situation, all with a view to reducing outgoings at a time of rising living costs.

We aspire to reduce the anxiety or stress many feel in regards to financial concerns related to their mortgage.

We partner with the award winning Stonebridge Group who like us act with integrity and have a duty of care to provide the best possible advice to customers.

Our Experience

Mark Eaton

As founder of The Partnership Mortgage Group, Mark Eaton brings over 30 years financial services experience across several leading banking institutions.

Most recently as a Mortgage Director at Nationwide, with site leadership responsibilities for c2000 colleagues, Mark has seen first hand the importance of colleague well-being and the positive impact practical wellness initiatives bring to both employer and employee.

It was this experience that inspired Mark to bring together the worlds of finance and wellness to develop the innovative new concept of “Mortgage Wellness”.

Away from PMG, Mark is a proud dad and smitten uncle, the chief dog walker, youth football coach and optimistic fund raiser (to name just few of his daily roles!)

Holly May

As co-founder of The Partnership Mortgage Group, Holly May brings a fresh perspective shaped by her background in estate agency and a passion for doing things differently.

Having seen first-hand how traditional mortgage advice can often feel transactional and outdated, Holly is driven to challenge the norm - creating a more human, transparent, and empowering experience for clients. She believes mortgage advice should feel less like a process and more like a partnership, built on trust, clarity, and genuine care.

Holly’s vision has been instrumental in shaping PMG’s modern, refreshing approach - helping to redefine what great mortgage advice looks and feels like in today’s world.

Outside of PMG, Holly loves spending time with her puppy (who keeps her on her toes), catching up with friends and family - bringing the same warmth and energy to her personal life as she does to her work.
